Levity is a quirky (live action) short film in which Ari (12 years old) was born with a unique ability. He could float; the laws of gravity did not seem to apply to him. As it is his biggest insecurity, Ari goes to great lengths to make himself appear normal. But however hard he tries he cannot seem to control his gift. As an outcast and victim to the peers that bully him, the film focuses on Ari’s journey to prove to his classmates that it is ok to be different.
‘Levity’ is an original, ambitious project that seeks to deal with the theme of bullying in an innovative and quirky manner.
